[Info-Ingres] Multi star database creates causes grief

Hi Everyone,

On Ingres2006 patch 12125 for Linux (a64.lnx/105)NPTL

I have found that if I create a sufficient number of STAR databases in 
succession that eventually a create will fail with errors like:
E_RD0043_CACHE_FULL  No more space in cache to build or extend 
a descriptor block.
E_UL0104_FULL_TABLE  No more space in the hash table.

After the error occurs I have to restart the installation as the star server 
becomes pretty stuffed and just killing and restarting the star server 
doesn't seem to clear the problem. I've tried flushing the cache with an 
RD004 but that soesn't seem to help.

Anyone got any ideas what might be going on?
