[Info-Ingres] Can't log in using .NET Provider (invalid username/password)

Try registering the user id to Ingres by adding the user id using the
"accessdb" Ingres utility.
If the client application, the DAS server, and the DBMS server are all on
the same machine then you may not need the user id and password in the
connection string after you register the user id using accessdb.
