[Info-Ingres] Off topic tape backup

Hi everyone,

Not an Ingres backup question, more an OS backup question....

I have an issue with dump and restore on FC5 to a usb dat 72 tape 
drive. The dump seems to work OK, but when I try a restore all hell 
breaks loose. Eventually we have to reboot the host as the tape drive is 
completely frozen and the host cant use it.

At the restore prompt I get....

restore > extract
Mount tape volume 1
Enter ``none'' if there are no more tapes
otherwise enter tape name (default: /dev/st0)
