[Info-Ingres] Latest windos ODBC driver for ingres?

I've tried several incantations of the host name trying to connect to a 
local database, or iidbdb.  I always get the following.

An error occurred while establishing the connection.
Type: com.ingres.gcf.util.SqlEx   Error Code: 802817   SQL State: 08001
Message: Communications error while establishing connection.

This is the only error that comes back, nothing else in errlog.log.  I 
have no trouble connecting to a remote database.  I don't have a 
separate login on the windows pc for ingres so I'm just using my regular 
user id and password as the user and password.
