[Info-Ingres] DST and OpenRoad 4.0

An updated timezone database is needed for any Ingres application,
OpenROAD application or Enterprise Access client. If you have support
and or access to http://servicedesk.ingres.com
<http://servicedesk.ingres.com/>  you can get an updated timezone
database via knowledge doc 415522.

I would say so, since it uses Ingres NET.
And that applies to Ingres NET as well.
