This is still on topic given the subject line.  Our phpBB instance is
using Ingres2006.  There were a number of changes required to make
this work, and the fact that we are also using the LDAP mod means that
our phpBB install is pretty far from vanilla.  We are going to try to
release a patch to phpBB based on the work we've done, but I can't say
how soon that will be.
