[Info-Ingres] Ingres 9.2.0 and report writer change

Hi Mike,

I tried this (and your ipm problem) and I get the same behavour as you. I
even tried it at a slightly later build level than the one publicly
available but it still happens. It's definitely a bug. I also checked 9.1.0/116
and it works correctly there.
