[Info-Ingres] seleting from tablename without "ownername."

Thanks! The problem was pointed out in the info-ingres version of this
thread.  (one thing i dislike about that crossover functionality, the
thread breaking in reference headers.) 

Now i have to figure out why i'm getting weird timeouts.
(during the copy.in phase)

Likely will address that in another thread if i can't make it stop.
