[Info-Ingres] Help in set up

I am trying to set up a test database with three users.  These three
users will exist in the actual production environment, but not in the
testing environment, which consists of a Windows XP.  Is it possible
to have multiple database users logging in from the same PC?

Alternatively, could someone provide a sequence of commands or
statements to create a database, some tables, and a few users?
