I can think of several possible reasons it might not work but if you want 
people to take the time to suggest answers you will probably get good 
answers quicker if you also take the time to give them some clues to work 
with.  Did copydb produce any errors, and which ones?  When you ran copy.out 
did it produce errors?  And most importantly, when you ran copy.in did it 
produce any errors, and which ones?
