Hello Mohan,

Yes.

On Windows only, for recent Ingres version (after 2.6). It is called "Ingres
Import Assistant".

It is a wizard tool. Follow the steps, read the help, and look in the
command reference guide for batch mode.

You can also use "copy table from" to import a CSV file ...
