There is a non-interactive mode of ingbuild, about which I know
very nearly nothing.  Try "install/ingbuild -h" for a help
message.

You may still have to answer the setup questions relevant to
an upgrade, unless you go to the bother of setting up a
"response" file (the -mkresponse and -exresponse options).
