[Info-Ingres] Easiest way to install Ing 2.6 SP3 (over SP2)

Thanks Karl,
I've just been playing with the -mkresponse/exresponse flags to
ingbuild,
I created a ingrsp.rsp file to install one product, but ingbuild
installed *everything* - Replicator, ICE, C2sec,
ignoring my *.rsp file. I note there are a couple of bugs in this area
and have raised an issue with Ingres Corp.
