[Info-Ingres] Network weirdness

Hi Flip,
I'm suspecting that some network issues where we had contention
between 10 and 1 Gbit lines was behind the problems. The network
guys look flustered, waved their hands in the air and danced that little
network dance that makes me think further questioning was futile.
I'm going to wait and see if it comes back.
