No way to be definitive, but it certainly could be.

The interesting variety of errors you are getting does make
hardware more likely.  One might imagine uncovering some
sort of ancient bug based on stack and data happenstance,
but in 3 different places?   all popping out within a few
days?  I know where my money is, and it ain't the software.  :)
