[Info-Ingres] IngresII Licensing

I am trying to move an IngresII 2.0/0001 (sos.us5/00) with Patch 6900 from 
an ancient SCO OSR50.5 to OSR5.0.7 running under VMWare Server and am 
getting an invalid license error. I vaguely remember that the license is 
tied to the NIC MAC address.

I have transferred the /ca_lic directory and contents and /usr/local/CAlib 
directories intact.

Could someone give me a refresher course in what I need to do the make the 
license valid again?
