While I've deliberately avoided ever having anything close
to a Windows build capability for Ingres, I can attest that
the Windows build is indeed done using the MS C compiler.
Visual C++ version 7, if the .vcproj file for one of the
Windows gui installer bits can be believed. (I rather
doubt that the exact version is all that important, but who
knows.)
