Under the previous regime, at CA, it was frowned upon to be active in
forums such as this. I remember being castigated many many years ago for
responding to posts in this newsgroup back when I was a student working
for CA in support. It's also possible that some of my colleagues still
are reluctant to post here because they feel that if they get something
wrong then they will be held liable. In my opinion anything you do based
on a post in a "free(gratis)" forum should only be acted on a
live/production system when you have a test system that shows the the
steps you are about to take will work. What do you mean you don't have a
test system..!¿?!
Having more of my colleagues respond here would be a good thing for the
company and as a result the product. It would be a good showcase for the
support that we as a company can provide. I am sure that those of you
who work as an external consultant have gleaned new business as a result
of your knowledge shown here - if it works for you it will work for us too.

p.s. these are my own opinions etc... please test before going live....

It was hard enough to kill a vampire. You could stake them down and turn
them into dust and ten years later someone drops a drop of blood in the
wrong place and *guess who's back*? They returned more times than raw
broccoli.
