One of the first things I did when I joined CA was subscribe to info-ingres
under my new email address. It never occurred to me this would be a problem.
It was about a year I think before someone told me it wasn't exactly smiled
upon. Oh well ;)

I agree with Grant that it would be nice if more Ingres people posted here.
They do on our own community forums and ISN. But plenty of them read
c.d.i/info-ingres
as well, they are just shy of posting. More than once I've passed on
ideas/comments from colleagues who've seen a thread here and come talk to me
about it.
