[Info-Ingres] IMA usage 2 dbms processes

Gareth,
No ideas as to why ima is showing different servers to that from
iinamu. When I tested on both 2.6 and 2006r2 the servers returned from
your query always match those returned form iinamu. I do note however
that the ima query returns the recovery server ID as well as the DBMS.
That ID matches a "show iusvr" from iinamu.
