And a brilliant suggestion it is too!

Although I have to confess that the stupidest prop I have ever seen used
as an astro-navigation tool on a Science Fiction Program was a Sextant
in an episode of 'Deep Space 9'. It would be hard to top that.

Now I have to go and do a Captains Log...
