Program Description

By opting in to the SMS/MMS messaging program from Kettle River Consulting (the “Program”), you agree to receive text messages from us regarding service alerts. Messages are sent from a 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone number. Message frequency may vary (e.g., triggered by your activity or up to 1 message per month). We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

Opt-In

Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out. You will then no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again. If you experience issues with the Program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the details below. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and performance of the Program are subject to your carrier’s network coverage and device compatibility.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected as part of the Program will be used to operate and manage messaging and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law, with service providers who process messages on our behalf, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Eligibility

You must be 18 years old and reside in the United States to participate.

Consent & Conditions

By participating, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number used to opt in and that you have the authority to consent to receive messages. You agree to keep your contact information current.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will indicate the “Effective date” above when changes are made. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
